This Privacy Policy applies to all users of OMA Services including those who use OMA to request and receive transportation (Riders), and those who use OMA to provide transportation services (Driver Partners)

OMA collects and process personal data of users submitted during installation or use of OMA App or Website.

• Information that you submit to OMA during App Installation, and when you create or update your account such as Your Name, Phone Number, Email Address, picture, and Payment or Banking information
• Data Collected when you use OMA Services such as device information, your location, date and time of provision of service, pickup and destination, distance covered, amount charged, and other relevant details.
• Information that you provided to us about your Car/Keke or insurance (for Driver partner)
• Information that you submitted to OMA as part of driver partner registration such as next of kin, address, bank information and other relevant details (for Driver Partners)
• Information collected when you contact OMA Customer Support

Purpose of Collecting and processing Personal Data

• We forward Rider’s pickup location, first name, and phone number to driver partner to enable him/her locate and pickup the Rider
• To improve our services, we collect and analyse data of routes taken by Riders
• We use your contact details to send updates about OMA App/Services to you
• We use personal data collected to improve our customer support services
• We use information collected for research and development
• When OMA connects a Rider to a Driver partner, we forward the driver’s details including: first name, phone number, picture, car/keke information to the Rider
• We use information collected to maintain and improve on safety and security of OMA Users, and OMA Services
• OMA may use information collected for legal proceedings relating to your use of OMA Services
• OMA uses cookies for user authentication, remembering user preferences and settings and other related services
• OMA will not Use personal data collected for identification of persons or their location

How We Collect Your Personal Data

• During OMA App Installation and Signup, we collect information on Name, Phone Number, and Email Address
• We collect additional information that you might choose to submit when you update your account such as credit/debit card information, and other relevant data.
• We collect location information when OMA is active on your phone and your phone’s location service is on or when you enter your pickup location
• We collect relevant information about Driver partner as part of Driver partner’s registration

Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Party

• OMA forward Rider’s pickup location, first name, and phone number to driver partner to enable him/her locate and pickup the Rider
• When OMA connects a Rider to a Driver partner, we forward the driver’s details including: first name, phone number, picture, car/keke information to the Rider
• We may share your trip information with your friend at your request
• OMA may share information collected with our vendors, partners, consultants or subsidiaries to help us with data processing or conduct surveys or payment process
• We may share information collected if its required by applicable law, operating agreement, legal process, law enforcement officials or government request

• Personal Data collected by OMA are securely stored on OMA database.
• OMA stores your personal data while your account remains active
